Return and Refund Policy
Customer may contact the FOR YOU customer support team at email@example.com for a refund or a return of Goods within 48 hours from Customer’s receipt of the same. Goods must be returned within seven (7) days from the Customer’s receipt of the same and should reach us no later than thirty (30) days from the day Customer received the Goods. Our FOR YOU customer support team will attend to Customer’s request for a refund on a case by case basis.
The Customer is not allowed to return or exchange the following Goods:
- lingerie and underwear
- food items
- swimwear (e.g. bikinis, swimsuits, swimming trunks)
- beauty products
- customized products
- ticket, hotel reservations and vouchers, airline tickets, concert tickets or a product of similar nature.
FOR YOU will not be responsible for any risk or be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, cost or damage incurred by the Customer in connection with the return of the Goods mentioned above.
Any Goods returned to FOR YOU must meet the following conditions:
- The Goods must be in new or unused condition.
- The Goods must not be installed in any manner.
- Goods must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Goods purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
NOTE: In the unlikely event that the Customer’s return does not meet our return policy requirements, our Customer Service support team will notify the Customer before sending it back to the Customer. In this instance, the Customer’s return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
